10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. ch777 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ch777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.1 By the Player. Players may request closure of their ch777 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding withdrawal of the eligible balance will be processed subject to applicable verification requirements.
11.2 By ch777. ch777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, money laundering, or regulatory obligation. In cases of genuine breach, ch777 may forfeit Account balances in full.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, all accrued bonus funds, free spins, and unredeemed promotional awards are void and non-transferable. Verified net balances will be returned to the Player subject to standard withdrawal processing.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ch777 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
